Meadow Lane UK Ltd is an independent scrap metal merchant that has been family-owned and -operated for almost 50 years. From our initial premises in the early 1970s under a railway arch, right through to our brand-new and state-of-the-art facilities in both Nottingham and Long Eaton, we have been on quite the journey.
Our scrap yard in Nottingham is extremely convenient, situated just off Meadow Lane near the Notts County football ground. One of our best features is our street unloading service – there’s no need for you to even drive into the yard. Our facility has been completely renovated and modernised to give the best scrap metal service in Nottingham, and our skills in dealing with customers’ scrap quickly and efficiently are unrivalled.
We can accept straight-forward deliveries of scrap to our yard, where we’ll buy it from you there-and-then, as well as more complicated projects such as the collection of larger equipment and machinery. We have a large fleet with a range of vehicles including skip, hook and crane options, all with drivers that are fully trained to operate them. This means we can take on almost any job, including completely ripping out factories.
